Terms and conditions of purchase

1. Scope of application and service provider

The General Contract Terms and Conditions are applicable to sale agreements entered into electronically, through the website www.blancovirgenextra.es, between Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L. and the consumers and users who wish to purchase the products displayed on that website.

2. Conclusion of the agreement

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code, the agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded from when Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L. has evidence of the acceptance of the offer by the customer.

3. Language

The language proposed for the conclusion of the agreement is Spanish.

4. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase

Before proceeding to conclude the agreement the customer must read the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and accept them by marking the appropriate box during the ordering process.

5. Data Storage / Protection

The personal data that you provide to us, as well as those generated while using our services, will be incorporated into a file under the responsibility of Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L., for the purpose of providing you with the requested information, managing the contracted products or services and keeping you informed about products (provided you have given your prior consent to this effect), services or news related to the olive oil sector that may be of interest to you. You authorise Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L. to receive confirmation of receipt and reading of the communications it sends you by email.

In any case, you are guaranteed the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection to the processing of your data by writing to the address indicated or to the email address manuel@blancovirgenextra.es

6. Price

The prices of our products include VAT applicable under current legislation. The prices quoted on our website, including other costs, are given in euros. Delivery costs have not been included in the prices quoted on our website. Any other additional costs that may arise shall be borne by the purchaser, who will be informed of all the amounts and the resulting final price before the agreement is concluded.

7. Delivery

The item will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when making the purchase. The order will be dispatched from the day following its receipt and approval of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery period in Spain is from 1 to 3 working days.

Customers must check that the goods that reach them after their purchase correspond to those that they ordered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at manuel@blancovirgenextra.es within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, indicating clearly what the problem is. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to look for a satisfactory solution.

*It is highly advisable to open the package in the presence of the carrier, in case a bottle or product has been damaged or is in poor condition.

• If any product arrives with damage caused by transport, we will send you a new one or refund the corresponding amount by the same means that was used to make the payment. This will not apply if the products have been damaged because the addressee was not available to receive the package and it had to be taken to the warehouse. In any case, you will have to send us a photograph of the damaged product. Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L. will bear the transport costs, taking into account the reasons explained previously.
• If any of the products does not match the purchase made through our website, we will send the correct products or refund the corresponding amount by the same means that was used to make the payment. Agrícola Manuel Blanco, S.L. will bear the extra transport costs that may be incurred.

8. Payment

We offer you the following payment methods to make your purchases on our website:

Please bear in mind that we will proceed to deliver the goods as soon as the amount due has been received.

9. Cancellation of orders

Clients may cancel their orders by writing to our email address, manuel@blancovirgenextra.es, within 12 hours of making them, provided that they have not already been dispatched to their destination.
